Do you have 'The click Factor?'

Do you believe in the ‘click’? You know…. the feeling you get when you just ‘click’ with someone and instantly know you like them.
Have you ever purchased a product or service from someone just because you liked them – paying more in some instances? I have!
Relationship experts suggest we’re more likely to 'click' with someone because of our similarities. Feeling affinity is often crucial to the success of a relationship. ‘You’re going to understand that person better if you share the same views,’ says psychologist Dr Gian Gonzaga of eHarmony Labs. But is it simply the sharing of views? Isn’t it said that opposites attract? Surely the 'click' moment happens much sooner? It's pretty much within a first impression, isn't it?
In psychology, a first impression is the event when one person encounters another and forms a mental image based on a wide range of characteristics: age, race, culture, language, gender, physical appearance, accent, posture, voice, etc. but I have friends and colleagues with vastly different characteristics and I love the diversity this brings and find myself being curious to their views and ideas so for me the ‘click’ goes much further than similarities. For me, the 'click' is when you’re viewing houses and it's the warm fuzzy feeling you get when you ‘just know’ that this one is your home - you belong. It’s kind of a sixth sense, a gut feeling, intuition.
So is the 'click' something that just happens? Could we make it happen? Could it be learned?
Consider your team - is there that one person that you have never really 'clicked' with? Have you accepted that you are just never going to see eye to eye? How does this impact on you, the team, the business? Have you ever considered doing something about it?
What training or coaching have you used that has helped your team to ‘click’ with each other and your customers? None? - then get in touch, we are waiting to hear from you! #learntoclick
