About me...
At school, I wanted to drive a bus - thank goodness that didn’t work out!
My first few roles in sales gave me a foundation for connecting with people and an appreciation of a great customer experience.
From an early age, i've had a curiosity for understanding ‘what makes people tick’ and i've studied psychology, profiling, NLP and neuroscience ever since. It's this knowledge (along with my creative flair) that I use to create development solutions for leadership, sales and customer experience that are exciting, memorable and lasting.
I've had a passion for people development for many years and throughout my career, i've led and managed L&D functions for large corporate organisations and i've also worked as a freelance consultant, creating designing, facilitating and presenting hugely successful events, programmes and campaigns.

What we do...
Our secret sauce isn't much of a secret, it's working in collaboration with clients to diagnose core issues and then building a fit for purpose solution.

We immerse ourselves into a clients culture, brand and DNA to better understand customer segmentation and to ensure delivery style, methodology and concept is geared demographically for 'sticky learning'.

Sales & Customer Experience
We enjoy working with organisations who want to maximise performance and increase trading opportunities through service excellence and sales optimisation - we'll never tire of the buzz shared with clients achieved from increased performance that delivers and is recognised through to the bottom line.

Leadership
We develop programmes for future leaders based on the latest in thinking, neuroscience and tried and tested practical skills and methodologies. A programme of activity scheduled over an agreed number of months to meet identified needs. Some clients know exactly what they want and for others, we have a programme builder tool to support bespoke creation.

Coaching
In the capacity as a coach, we work with individuals to share our 20+ years experience of using cognitive behavioural, solution focused and motivational coaching to facilitate change. we work with a diverse range of clients, to achieve goals and develop a toolkit of skills.
