At school, I wanted to drive a bus - thankfully, life took a different route!
​
Since my early teens, I’ve been curious about what makes people tick and that curiosity led me to study psychology, profiling, NLP and neuroscience, and it continues to shape the way I work today.
​
I founded Mind Development because I personally didn't enjoy learning (or being taught) at school or in training rooms, so I made it my mission to turn grey, boring and easily forgotten learning into an experience that people continue to talk about, with skills that are embedded and sustained, results that are delivered and retained.
I've had the pleasure and privilege of working globally with many wonderful clients, both directly and as a Freelance Consultant for some of the best learning providers. So for over 25 years, I have honed my skills and met the exceptional people I'm now lucky enough to call people with exceptional expertise, should your project need a little of their magic too.
I enjoy designing solutions and bringing ideas to life, facilitating virtual and face-to-face workshops, just as much as I enjoy getting on stage to host an event or deliver a keynote - after all, variety is the spice of life!
